Shenandoah Sowash

Shenandoah Sowash's work has appeared or is forthcoming in Gargoyle, The Collagist, The Laurel Review, Smartish Pace, Vinyl Poetry, and elsewhere. She's received fellowships from the Bread Loaf Writers Workshop, the Summer Literary Seminars, the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, the Kimmel Nelson Harding Center for the Arts, and the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities. Currently completing her first book, she lives and works in the Washington, D.C. area.
